Run, Ashley! Run!

Well, the good news is, I lost my pregnancy weight relatively quickly after having Paige. The bad news... I pretty much look like I'm pregnant again. Yeah, I've gained a bit of weight lately. That's never fun. So I've started running, and its really quite enjoyable. I used to think I didn't like running, but I think the only issue I had with it is the fact that they don't make sports bras for "large chested" women. If you want your "large chest" to stay put, you have to forgo BREATHING! Yeah, the bra holds them down, but it also restricts your lungs from filling with air because its so dang tight. Its a struggle. My goal is to someday find the perfect sports bra. Until then, I will find an alternative to breathing. Any suggestions?
The picture above is me running back in the old days... when I was black.

Please tell me when you find time to run and where you run and every other detail that may help me be able to run again too. Thanks. :) And learn from me, DO NOT let her suck on the camera.

I love love love to run, I just never find time. If I ran I could lose all my gross ugly fatness. Atleast I can say I haven't gained anything since I have had Noah :). The best sports bra I EVER got was the Champion seamless sports bra. I have a huge chest and always felt comfertable in this. It also wicks away the sweat from your body to keep you cooler. They run from 29.99 to 34.99 depend on the straps you get. Really it's a great bra! :) Trust me I used to be the clothing team lead for 3 years at the Sports Authority! :)

so...i'm sad you guys aren't coming, but it's kind of good actually b/c rob doesn't have the weekend off. lately he has tuesday & wednesdays off, so that's our life as of now b/c weekends are their busiest time. either way though we REALLY would love to see you guys. if you are going to come let us know when so we can see you. if it is the weekend he gets off around 7ish so maybe we could have you all come down here, or something? you need to make a trip over!!

I know what you mean. Big boobs totally have their cons. I used to run and I would hold like a boxing pose over my boobs to keep them going up and down. Sometimes I can wear a regular bra and a sports bra but now that I am pregnant again, they are even bigger. When my milk comes in I am going to be in trouble.
P.S. I wish I used to be black, like michael jackson! He's the coolest!

I saw this funny show once called "the history of the bra." They talk about sports bras for bigger chested people I just can't remember what they say...so...that doesn't really help at all does it? I didn't pay enough attention...I was probably concentrating on the part where they talk about the best kind of padded bras seeing as I need all the help I can get in that area. But i swear they make awesome sports bra's out there they just get a bit pricey...it'd be worth it though i bet. Anyway this friend of mine is training to run in a half marathon and I was like "i'm gonna do that" and i probably wont but wouldn't that be awesome? One day we should do it...for reals!

Yay for you for starting to run! I can't help you with the sports bra thing. For the first time in my life I actually need a bra to run.
