Even if you don't eat that way they have a lot of good information. They have a work out book that goes over everything about working out. I feel like I am pretty knowledgeable but I really learned a lot from the book. There is also a nutrition and a recipe book as well as a kids book. If I had to pick two I'd say the nutrition and the exercise if you just want one go with the exercise book it's great. You can get them on half.com for like $10 to $15. I've tried quite a few of her recipes and I bought her kids book which has more recipes if you want any or want to know if something is worth making let me know. I always have a hard time since some of her recipes have a billion ingredients. Sometimes I alter them :)
