Faux canvas prints

I got this idea from my friend Janelle. It's way cheaper than getting real canvas prints made. Although Costco has pretty good prices on them. But doing it yourself costs like $4. Maybe less. You just use Mod Podge to adhere the pic to the canvas and then cover the whole thing with 3 or 4 layers of Mod Podge. Pretty cool, huh?

Here's another idea: This lady (who I don't know at all) put them on wood boards and painted the edges black, and it looks awesome. Here's her tutorial.

That canvas is just an 8x10 and I had the photo printed at Costco.

You should look into artscow.com . They are an online photo company. Their prices are really reasonable (the best out there) and once you sign-up with them, they email fabulous coupons. I got a 16x20 stretched canvas of our family shipped for only $15. Or sometimes the coupons are for two big canvased, but not stretched, shipped for the same price, $15. They have the cheapest prices for photobooks too. I order their coupon deals quite regularly.
