So... lately I have been really trying to become a more health-conscious person. I've always done my best not to keep junk food in our home (because it will be consumed in 24 hours or less... by me), but I need to do more. I want to start cooking healthier meals. Do you have any healthy (low-fat or low-carb, etc) entree recipes that you like? I would love some ideas!!

Inspiration

Last night I was thinking about how I would love to lose 5-10 pounds and firm up my deflated balloon belly. That would be a dream come true. The frustrating thing about it, is that I know exactly what I could do to make that happen. I've always felt like I know about eating healthy, and Nate has really taught me how to work out effectively with weights and everything. So...
WHY CAN'T I DO IT??
That's the question most of us ask ourselves. I think the majority of us know what we could do to get into great shape, with a healthy diet and with regular exercise, but we just don't do it. Why? Are you as frustrated with yourself as I am?
Along those same lines, I have always had certain people who inspire me to want to get fit. Most recently, Jessica Biel is my inspiration. Is it just me, or does she look pretty much perfect? Is there one part of her body that is flabby or undefined? Nope! Way to be, Jessica! Way to be!
