I tried my first crockpot recipe last week. Yeah, I'm a little behind with the latest technology. Anyway, it was very delicious and so easy!! You should really try it.
Creamy Italian Chicken
4 chicken breasts or 10 tenders
1 envelope Italian Salad Dressing Mix
1 block cream cheese (8 oz)
1 can cream of chicken soup
Put chicken in the crockpot and then add the rest. Mix lightly. Cook on low for 3 -4 hours. Serve with rice. YUM!!!
Sorry, I didn't take any pictures.

My mom used to make this once a week growing up. Now Sam and I make it every Sunday. It's by far my favorite crock pot dinner. And it's awesome on Sundays because you can put it all in before you leave for church and then it's ready when you get home. Woot woo! Also, might I suggest adding 1 tablespoon of minced onion. And it's also really good over mashed potatoes if you're feeling really indulgent.
I would like to take all the credit for this because I told you to make it when I was at your house last month. But Emily gave me the recipe, so I share the glory with her. And I guess with you too, Ash.
Also, I have several great EASY crock pot recipes if you want them
Ooo! I make that all the time. We love it! Sorry I didn't share it with you sooner. That's really the only crockpot recipe I have so I must be a little behind with the times too :)
hey, when did you get a crock pot? ya, it is yummy. Emily made it for us when we flew out for Rowen's baby blessing. And Mel has made it for us as well.
That sounds really yummy! We use our crockpot a few times a week and it's a major life saver. One of my favourites it to put an entire chicken in it with some watered down soy sauce, and freshly grated garlic and ginger. You can add chili flakes or rosemary or thyme or oregano- so many options! Then you have dinner plus enough left overs for sandwiches or another dinner like chicken tacos.
