I made an Our Best Bites recipe tonight and we really liked it, so I wanted to share. It's the Guiltless Alfredo Sauce. I used penne pasta and added chicken, mushrooms, and sun-dried tomatoes. I think the sun-dried tomatoes were a key ingredient. They flavored the whole sauce. I let it sit for a while in the pot so that the flavors could come together. It was really delicious.
After dinner we made these cookies and I'm pretty much obsessed with them. I've actually posted the recipe here before, but I feel so strongly about them that I have to post it again. They always turn out so, so good. But they are by far the best if you eat them soon after baking them. Some cookies taste better the next day, but these are best fresh. Try them!

Those cookies look good! I am all about Alfredo sauce, so I might try that recipe. The link didn't work, but I found it:

I think I fixed the link. Yeah, you should try it.
Oh man, it's good I don't have an oven right now. Otherwise I would have them mixing in the KitchenAid immediately. Are they crisp on the outside and soft in the middle?
They are actually soft on the outside too. Not very crispy. But you have to try them soon. You will die. Of joy.
If I have to die, I want to die of "Joy". LOL
and I had to go and move. dang.
This is awesome. I love when you share recipe ideas because I never ever know what to put together for dinner!! But I love Alfredo and LOVE sundried tomatoes. I'll prolly bookmark this page so I can make these cookies for forever.
I am all over those cookies!!!!!
