Kate turned 2 on Monday, so we had a little party for her with Nate's family. I made a Tangled cake because Kate is OBSESSED with that movie right now. I know you envy my cake decorating skills. Ha ha. Sorry for the poor camera quality. We don't have a real camera at the moment, so we use Nate's Blackberry and it's not very good.

I helped her hold a friend's new baby the other day and she would not let her go. She was happy to just sit there and hold her for quite a while. It was so sweet. I just hope she does OK when she realizes that the new baby is going to take a lot of my time and attention. Eek.

Aw, looks like fun! Your cake is pretty, I'm sure she loved it :) That's nice that you have some family nearby. I wish we lived closer!
