Paige started 1st grade today. She has 2 teachers: Mrs. Davis and Mrs. Bjerkman. They seem like nice ladies. Paige hasn't been all that excited to go back to school, unfortunately. I think it's mostly because none of her close friends from kindergarten are in her class, so she was nervous that she wouldn't have any friends.
She was pretty nervous once we got to her classroom.
Luckily the little girl sitting across from her was in her kindergarten class and she's a sweet girl, so I think that made Paige feel a little better. I really think she will be just fine after she gets used to her new class. It's hard having her gone all day though!

Paige looks so nervous. I'm sure it was reassuring to see a friend. Her expressions are so cute.
