Still debating...

As if anyone cares. :) Ok, this couch thing is so hard because I like the look of leather, but I don't think its very comfy to lay on. And I like the feel of microfiber, but I don't absoutely love the look of it. Chenille is super soft and nice, but I have yet to see that for sale.
I found a really cute twill couch that looks like Pottery Barn style, but much cheaper. However, I don't think twill cleans very well! And I want it to be khaki color, so that would get dirty quickly. I am still debating, but I might go with a khaki colored microfiber couch. I think it will be comfy, easy to clean, and look pretty cute too. I'm debating between the two couches you see above. But the bottom one would be in a khaki type color. Ok, that's enough blogging about couches.

Sweet couches!! I like your style. Good work!

Ya, we are VERY excited for baby #2. NO, I am NOT having twins---that we know of, officially, I should say (knock on wood). My lame sister is trying to start rumors, along with other random friends. I guess it's their way of saying I'm fat??? Hmmmm... still trying to figure that one out.

No. For now, just one baby.

My sister has microfiber and she loves it. She has two kids and says she can clean anything off of them and they still look really good. We have an old leather couch from Trent's dad and it still looks good(ish) and it's pretty old. I would go with either of those with kids.

the second one with 2 cushions.

Bottom couches for sure; I like the 2 large cushions as opposed to 3 medium sized - and I'm definately all about microfiber - cleans SO easy ... and you can "write" in it, double bonus.

and I also agree that khaki is a good color because you can accessorize with everything. We have a khaki couch, and admittedly sometimes I get bored with it, but you can always sew new cushion covers or get a slipcover for a dash of flavor if it gets to feeling to bland.

We just bought a microfiber khaki couch and I love it. The couch before that was twill and super hard to clean. It just absorbed everything and I felt like it was a germ trap. Night one of the new khaki couch our baby spit up bright orange carrots on one of the cushions and it came out with just a warm wet washcloth and some soap. I love it. I would highly recommend it.

I say microfiber all the way ... easy to clean, comfy, and look nice ... just my opinion ... when we need to purchase furniture again ... that's the direction I will go !!
